Job Summary

Manage the creation and timely execution of an achievable, efficient production schedule for the factory and suppliers (domestic and International) in support of Shiseido Americas business objectives while maintaining lowest possible inventory levels and agreed upon service levels.

Responsibilities

• You will create a DRP plan for their portfolio to balance service and inventory.
• You will be accountable for maintaining and managing master data required for finished good planning and production.
• You will implement and maintain inventory strategies for finished goods by regular review and optimization of supply planning parameters (Ex. Reorder points, safety stock, ABC categorization, MOQ)
• You will be optimizing the balance of inventory across the supply chain network in line with target customer service levels, inventory, and safety stock levels for an allocated portfolio of SKUs for which accountable.
• You will own daily service management for their portfolio, conduct RCA analyses to develop action plans for continuous improvement, and collaborate on RCCP with factories and CMs.
• You will conduct regular business and performance reviews related to demand and supply of low stock SKUs with internal stakeholders.
• You will collaborate and communicate with Transportation and the DC to expedite supply if needed.
• You will manage the potential obsolescence to minimize inventory liabilities and drive Root Cause Problem Solving and action planning / execution to reduce E&O.
• You will measure supply planning KPIs in an effort to improve and / or maintain business objectives as it pertains to the S&OP organization.

The base pay for this position may vary based on geographic location. Actual base pay offered will be based on several factors including job-specific knowledge, education, skills, and depth of experience. In addition to base pay, we may offer additional forms of compensation as components of a total compensation package, including participation in our bonus program which features the ability to overachieve, in addition to a full range of competitive benefits.
