Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to serve as a Commercial Lines Account Manager / Marketing Specialist. This role focuses on both marketing new and renewal commercial business and managing client accounts to deliver excellent service.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate commercial submissions, develop marketing plans aligned with client needs and carrier appetites.
• Manage the renewal process, including gathering loss runs, completing applications, obtaining quotes, and negotiating terms.
• Prepare account specifications, client proposals, bind policies, and ensure accurate & timely issuance of COIs / EOIs.
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned commercial clients, explain coverage forms, and advise on risk management.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts through added coverages and services.
• Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to E&O procedures.
