Thriveworks is looking for dedicated Licensed Clinicians to provide both telehealth and face-to-face therapy sessions. This position offers an exciting $7,500 ramp stipend for clinicians who are available for 25 or more hours per week.

What We're Looking For
We are seeking independently licensed clinicians in Maryland who are passionate about making a difference and growing with us. Specifically, we invite applications from :
Providers willing to conduct 25 or more sessions weekly
Behavioral health generalists who are open to seeing couples and children, with our support
Clinicians who appreciate autonomy and also value teamwork
Candidates interested in pursuing clinical leadership or supervisory roles
Individuals with strong character; we value integrity, transparency, and a commitment to exceptional care
Qualifications :
Active and unrestricted LCSW-C, LCMFT, LCPC, or Licensed Psychologist in Maryland
Must reside and hold licensure in the state where services are provided
Compensation :
Up to $108,900, depending on licensure type / level, session volume, and bonus incentives.
