Primary Responsibilities : Preparing food at a specific station in the kitchen, working alongside other line cooks to ensure timely production of high-quality dishes.
- Execute dish preparation at assigned station according to Wild Eggs specifications
- Setup and stock assigned station before service begins, checking ingredient quality, ensuring adequate supplies for anticipated volume.
- Work cooperatively with other line cooks and kitchen staff to meet timing requirements and maintain the flow of service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station throughout service, following health department regulations and company food safety procedures.
Required Skills :
Minimum 1 year of line cook experience in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of kitchen equipment operation and maintenanceUnderstanding basic cooking methods and knife skillsAbility to read and execute recipesPhysical ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environmentWorking Conditions :
