Lead Front Office Operations That Support Whole-Person Care Across Medical, Dental, and Behavioral Health Services

Are you a natural problem-solver and team leader who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-facing environment? As the Office Supervisor , you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth front-office operations while supporting our mission to deliver compassionate, integrated care to communities that need it most.

This leadership role oversees Customer Relations Specialists (CRS) within our medical or behavioral health services and ensures an exceptional experience for every patient walking through our doors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support Customer Relations Specialists across multiple disciplinesOversee daily operations related to patient intake, scheduling, and payment processes
  • Ensure accurate batching, deposits, and reporting of patient payments
  • Serve as the first point of contact for escalated patient concerns or service issues
  • Assist with scheduling staff and ensuring adequate coverage across clinic sites
  • Provide hands-on backup support at the front desk as needed
  • Requirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

    High School / GED required

    QUALIFICATION(S) : WORK EXPERIENCE / TRAINING / ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • At least two (2) years experience as a front office staff member in a medical, behavioral, or administrative setting preferred
  • Supervisory experience preferred
  • Experience with a multi-line phone system and professional phone skills preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite preferred
