Job descriptionPerforming repairs, preventive maintenance, and light cosmetic updates Supporting safety inspections and compliance efforts Responding to occasional maintenance emergencies (on-call rotation) Assisting a nearby sister property when needed (minimal travel, fully compensated) Friendly, dependable, and self-motivated Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly (and occasionally more) Comfortable with basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks Available for occasional after-hours or emergency calls Organized and tech-savvy—able to track tasks using a maintenance app
