Job description

Position Overview : We are seeking a motivated, bilingual (English / Spanish) Packaging & Fulfillment Specialist with strong organizational and customer communication skills to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience in packaging, fulfillment, or logistics and is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable with computer systems. This role plays a key part in ensuring timely, high-quality order fulfillment and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Process, package, and ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline order processing and meet customer expectations.
  • Maintain an organized supply area, ensuring that all materials and finished goods are accurately tracked and ready for fulfillment.
  • Coordinate with logistics staff and vendors to ensure packages are correctly prepared and shipped on schedule.
  • Adhere to cGMP and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and safety in the workplace.

Minimum Qualifications :

  • High school diploma (preferred).
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
  • Minimum of 1 year of practical experience in packaging, fulfillment, or logistics.
  • Strong organizational skills and a proactive, detail-oriented approach.
  • Excellent customer communication skills.
  • Comfortable with computer systems for tracking and inventory management.

    Monday to Friday, 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 00 PM
