Job description$ 0.43–$0.58 CPM depending on verified experience Performance bonus up to $0.08 CPM Paid orientation with $300 added to the first check Rider and pet friendly from day one Medical Dental Vision 401(k) $800 vacation bonus after one year Wellness and incentive programs included 21 days out with 3–4 full days at home Truck may be taken home during time off Open to drivers 21+ with CDL-A and minimum 120 hours from an accredited school Paid training lasting 4–6 weeks Rider and pet privileges active once training is complete Safe operation of a Class A tractor-trailer On-time delivery of assigned freight Pre- and post-trip inspections Accurate DOT log maintenance 21 or older with a valid CDL-A Six months of solo verifiable tractor-trailer experience Must pass DOT physical and drug test No recent DUI, major accidents, or drug-related offenses SAP not accepted
