Broadridge is Hiring! We're seeking a Director of Middleware to join our Infrastructure team! As Director of Middleware, you'll drive the strategy and evolution of a dynamic tech stack spanning IBM MQ, SonicMQ, Kafka, and modern reporting platforms like Cognos, Informatica, and Tableau. You'll lead global teams across the U.S., U.K., and India to streamline middleware, boost observability, and automate core processesfueling speed, efficiency, and innovation. This role is your chance to shape enterprise-scale platforms while inspiring teams to push boundaries and deliver smarter, faster, and more impactful solutions.

Responsibilities

Strategic & Technical Leadership

• Co-own and evolve the global middleware strategy to align with enterprise priorities, modernization, and cost optimization.
• Lead technology rationalization and standardization, reducing complexity and improving efficiency across platforms.
• Define and continuously evolve middleware architecture standards, governance frameworks, and lifecycle management best practices.
• Partner with application, infrastructure, and business teams to deliver business value and client-first outcomes through middleware capabilities.

Compensation Range : The salary range for this position is between $200,000 - $240,000 USD. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
