Salary : $120,000 - $400,000 per year

We develop and manufacture innovative medical devices that help treat bone and tissue infections. Our flagship product is a biodegradable implant that delivers antibiotics directly to the infected area and gradually dissolves, eliminating the need for surgical removal. With over 30 years of experience working with calcium compounds, we are committed to creating safe and effective treatments. Our products are used by physicians in areas such as bone infections, trauma, spine, and sports injuries, and we collaborate with hospitals and universities to continue advancing infection care.

Job Details

Qualifications / Needed :

  • Minimum 5-7 years in medical device trauma sales
  • 3-5 years of Orthopedic Trauma distribution recruitment and support experience
  • Strong background in trauma market products and hospital relationship management
  • Proven track record of sales success in medical device or trauma markets
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory
  • Territory Coverage :

    Arkansas, Louisiana, Tennessee, Mississippi, Alabama, Georgia, Florida

    Key Responsibilities and Duties :

  • Serve as the principal Orthopedic Trauma expert in the Southeast territory
  • Increase availability of our product in national Level I & II trauma centers
  • Identify, recruit, and support specialty distributor partners
  • Prepare and manage distributor contracts, including territory and quota setting
  • Develop and execute trauma business plans and account strategies
  • Navigate hospital value analysis committees (VAC) to drive sales strategy
  • Present, train, and provide product demos for distributors, hospital staff, and physicians
  • Deliver continuing education (CE) seminars and stay current on clinical literature
  • Maintain compliance with FDA, AdvaMed, and quality system procedures
