Job Description

Position Description :

The Human Resources Business Partner will support the business specific needs of the assigned area(s) including the delivery of existing and new training while executing on special projects.

This position supports partnerships across the HR function to provide value-added services to leaders and associates that align with the organization's business objectives. Working under guidance, this role assists in addressing human resource-related matters, helping to champion the associate experience. The position contributes to implementing people management practices within the lines of business and supports initiatives that promote performance, organizational improvement, and change.

Position Location :

This is a hybrid role working partially in-office (Cincinnati, OH) and partially from home.

What you do :

  • Facilitate and deliver current and new training programs.
  • Work on a variety of special projects.
  • Perform routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; and training and development.
  • Handle employment-related inquiries from associates, and supervisors, referring complex and / or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
  • Attend and participate in employee disciplinary meetings, and terminations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What you bring :

  • Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience required. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of Human Resources or Training experience required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
  • Strong presentation skills to deliver training to a diverse audience through multiple learning delivery tools required.
  • Experience with Gallup Strengths desired.
  • Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and manage time efficiently required.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Ability to proactively communicate with others and build strong relationships required.

    About this Position's Pay

    The pay range posted reflects a nationwide minimum to maximum covering all potential locations where the position may be filled. The final determination on pay for any position will be based on multiple factors including role, career level, work location, skill set, and candidate level of experience to ensure pay equity within the organization. This position will be eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits package (see above for details). This position will be eligible to participate in our Short-Term Incentive Plan with the annual target defined by the plan.
