We are looking for a talented Engagement Coordinator to join our team on a contract basis in Little Rock, Arkansas. The ideal candidate will play a key role in facilitating communication and engagement efforts through various channels, including face-to-face interactions, digital platforms, and creative media. This position is perfect for someone who excels in producing high-quality communication materials and has a passion for fostering meaningful connections.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and manage communication materials, including brochures, newsletters, and other resources, to support organizational goals.
• Coordinate and oversee the registration process for events and programs, ensuring smooth execution and accurate record-keeping.
• Utilize Adobe InDesign and other design tools to create visually appealing and precise content.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance communication strategies and ensure consistency across all platforms.
• Produce and edit video content to support various engagement initiatives.
• Maintain strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders through face-to-face meetings and electronic correspondence.
• Support documentation processes, ensuring all records are accurate, up-to-date, and organized.
• Assist in designing and implementing internal communication strategies to foster engagement and information sharing.
• Work with CYMA Not-For-Profit software to manage data and project tracking efficiently.
• Contribute to the overall visual communication strategy to effectively promote the organization's mission.
• Proven experience in communication, engagement, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design software, including Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.
• Strong skills in video production and editing.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage and organize documentation with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CYMA Not-For-Profit software is preferred.
• Experience in creating and implementing internal and external communication strategies.
• Knowledge of visual communication principles and their application in organized and structured settings.
