We maintain a studio environment that encourages collaboration, learning and open communication across all experience levels and roles on project teams.

    We are seeking a creative Intermediate Architect / Designer with excellent design skills to join our Minneapolis-based studio. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years professional experience and strong working knowledge of Revit. This position will work directly with the Minneapolis-based partner and collaboratively with our NYC-based studio on projects.

    Candidate qualifications :

    Minimum 5 years of professional experience, multi-family residential projects a plus

    Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited institution

    Strong design background with the ability to develop architectural design concepts

    Working knowledge of Revit and Adobe Suite required; proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3DMax a plus

    Comfortable in all project phases, with knowledge of building codes and zoning regulations

    Management and leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor architectural staff

    Experience in working with diverse clients, consultants, and vendors

    Organized with strong verbal and written communication skills

    Motivated, collaborative, with desire to work in a fast-paced environment
