Position Overview :

We are seeking Tax Professionals to join our seasonal team. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in the tax industry. No prior tax experience is necessary— we provide comprehensive training to help you succeed. The majority of hours for this position will be during the busy tax season from January through May .

Responsibilities :

Prepare accurate and compliant individual tax returns

Conduct client interviews to gather necessary tax information

Provide excellent customer service while maintaining confidentiality

Review tax documents and ensure completeness

Assist clients with questions and explain tax concepts in simple terms

Support the office with additional clerical tasks when needed

Qualifications :

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Comfortable working with computers and learning new software

Excellent communication and people skills

Professional, reliable, and eager to learn

No tax experience required— we’ll train you

Schedule & Compensation :

Seasonal role (January – May)

Flexible shifts available, including evenings and weekends

Starting pay : $20 per hour

Commission opportunities available once licensed
