- About the Position

- Electrical Foreman
- , you’ll lead our commercial, multi-family, or service projects, mentor our apprentice electricians, and help shape the next generation of electrical leaders. - What you’ll do
- Lead with Expertise :
- Supervise all on-site activities, scheduling, safety compliance, quality control, inspections, and coordination with GCs and subcontractors.
- Mentor & Teach :
- Coach and mentor apprentices, journeymen, and entry-level foremen, conduct safety talks, quality checks, and blueprint training in the field, and when needed, step in to teach at our apprenticeship school.
- Drive Safety & Compliance :
- Enforce OSHA and NEC standards, maintain job-site safety culture, manage incident reporting, and conduct weekly safety talks.
- Manage Materials & Tools :
- Anticipate material needs, oversee tool inventory, coordinate timely deliveries, and optimize onsite resource usage.
- Optimize Performance :
- Track labor hours and productivity, identify project challenges, and implement solutions to keep the budget and timeline on track.
- Foster Relationships :
- Build strong, collaborative partnerships with customers, general contractors, suppliers, and your own crew, communicating clearly and documenting progress for billing and continuous improvement.
- What We're Looking For
- Licensed :
- Valid Journeyman or Residential Master License - Required
- Experienced :
- 2-4 years of experience as an Electrician Foreman
- Safety-Driven :
- OSHA 10 certified (OSHA 30 a plus)
- Code Compliance :
- Thorough knowledge of NEC and all applicable local electrical codes, standards, and requirements.
- Blueprint Savvy :
- Proficient at reading / interpreting electrical schematics, one-line diagrams, and construction documents.
- Natural Leader :
- Strong communicator, organized planner, and proactive problem-solver who thrives in mentoring others.
- Physical :
- Ability to work outdoors and lift up to 75 lbs as needed.
