Job Requirements

• Must be currently practicing, board certified
• No gaps in employment or history of lost privileges
• Minimal malpractice (if any)
• Case logs for the last 6 months required
• Must be willing to relocate to Gillette, WY (no travelers)
• Must be licensed or willing to apply for WY license
