Job description

A well-established electrical contractor in the construction industry is seeking a Senior Project Executive in the Tampa area.

Candidates Must Have :

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of technical training and experience
  • 10+ years of experience in the electrical contracting industry
  • PMP certification preferred
  • Proven ability to manage teams and drive business growth

Key Responsibilities :

  • Drive revenue growth, profitability, and overall business performance
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans, sales initiatives, and marketing campaigns to achieve organizational goals
  • Create and manage annual operational plans, setting measurable performance standards across all departments
  • Build and lead high-performing teams to deliver results and ensure operational excellence
