Travel Physical Therapist (PT) - $1,820 to $3,000 per week in Waxahachie, TX

• Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm with no weekend rotation or on-call required
• 30 units per week based on 40 hour schedule
• Home health setting
• 2-3 years physical therapy experience preferred
• Home health experience required
• HCHB experience preferred
• Documentation due within 24 hours
• 13 week assignment length
