About the Role

As an Senior Estimator, you will lead and oversee the full estimating process, from conceptual budgeting to final bid submittal, while working with a team of junior and senior estimators.

Responsibilities

• Leadership & Team Management Oversee the estimating department; train, mentor, and provide guidance to a team of estimators.
• Preconstruction Provide conceptual and detailed takeoffs, budgets, and value engineering input during preconstruction phases.
• Bid Preparation Prepare comprehensive bids, define scopes of work, solicit and qualify subcontractor pricing, and ensure timely bid submissions.
• Process Development Implement and refine internal estimating systems and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency across all estimates.
• Project Handoff Collaborate with project managers during handoff to ensure smooth transition from estimating to construction.
• Client Interface Participate in presentations and negotiations with general contractors and developers.
