Responsibilities :

As an Internal Audit Co-op, you will engage in various activities, including :

• Sarbanes-Oxley 404 (SOX) Testing : Attend meetings with Process Owners and management. Assist in updating SOX test matrices. Assist in performing compliance tests in areas such as Financial Reporting, Revenue, Receivables, Inventory, Purchasing, Payables, Fixed Assets, Payroll, and Human Resources. Complete workpapers under the direction of Internal Audit leadership.
• Financial and Operational Audit Assignments : Assist in reviewing and testing policies, procedures, and controls to identify opportunities for improvement. Contribute to draft audit reports with recommendations.
• IT Application Control Testing : Assist in conducting interviews and meetings with IT and process owners. Update workpapers and perform assigned compliance tests under the direction of Internal Audit leadership.
• Travel and Entertainment (T&E) Expense Compliance : Assist in testing T&E expenses against the Corporate T&E policy. Assist in conducting T&E investigations as needed. Support continuous monitoring and special investigations related to T&E.

Location : Based in Marlboro, MA or San Diego CA

Education : A graduate student pursuing a master's level degree or a third or fourth year college student pursuing a degree in Business Administration; Accounting, Information Technology, Business Analytics major preferred Experience : Current student or recent graduate. Meaningful internship or co-op experience a plus but not required.
