Candidate Requirements

Must have an active GA license

Minimum Board Status : Board Eligible

Required Certifications : BLS

Job Details

EMR : Epic (Training required as part of the onboarding process. Cannot be completed until credentialing is complete)

Patients per shift : 20

Est Credentialing Timeframe : 30 days

Support : 1 RN, 2 MA s, 1 APP, 3 Office Staff

Looking for provider to work M-F (8am to 5pm in clinic)

Provider will be required to prescribe narcotics
