Support Adolescents on Their Recovery Journey Through Compassionate Counseling
Schedule : Monday-Friday 2 : 00pm-7 : 00pm
Compass Health Network is seeking a licensed therapist to join our Adolescent Outpatient team. In this meaningful role, you’ll provide individual therapy, treatment planning, and crisis intervention for adults experiencing mental health and / or substance use challenges.
As part of a multidisciplinary team, you’ll support clients through person-centered, integrated care—helping them build the tools needed to improve daily functioning and enhance overall wellbeing.
This is a part-time, benefit-eligible position.

Key Responsibilities
Provide individual psychotherapy and support services to adult clientsServe as a team coordinator for referrals, waitlists, and client care (particularly in CSTAR / OUD settings if applicable)Conduct clinical assessments and complete treatment plans in collaboration with persons servedProvide triage services during Open Access hours, when neededDeliver culturally competent services that align with the unique needs of each personMaintain complete, accurate, and timely documentation in accordance with agency and state regulationsInterface and coordinate care with other internal and external service providers to ensure wraparound supportOffer crisis intervention services during daytime hours per agency protocolParticipate in treatment team meetings and quality assurance activitiesProvide licensure supervision (if applicable)Meet agency-defined productivity standards and customer care expectationsAttend all required training and maintain compliance with funders and accrediting bodiesRequirements, Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Master’s degree in counseling, social work or psychology requiredLicensure
Fully licensed in Missouri :LPC, LMFT, or LCSW
