Role Summary :

The Area Sales Coordinator supports the Area and Property Sales Managers with client communications, group bookings, and sales administration. This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth operations across multiple hotels.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist with proposals, contracts, and client correspondence
• Coordinate group and meeting room bookings
• Support sales reporting, CRM updates, and marketing efforts
• Help with property tours, events, and social media coordination
• Deliver excellent service while maintaining strong organization and follow-up
