Civil Construction Superintendent

Westchester County, NY (onsite)

We’re seeking an experienced Civil Construction Superintendent to oversee large-scale site development projects across Westchester County and surrounding NJ / CT areas. This is a hands-on leadership role managing complex civil / site work for commercial, industrial, retail, and public sector projects.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead daily field operations on projects ranging from $1M–$15M in scope
Oversee site clearing, excavation, blasting, grading, underground utilities, and road installation
Coordinate multiple crews and subcontractors to ensure schedule, safety, and quality standards are met
Collaborate closely with PMs, operators, and technical support (including GPS / drones)
Ensure compliance with municipal regulations and job-specific client requirements
Manage logistics and adapt to changing site conditions

Qualifications :

5–10 years of experience in heavy civil / site work

Strong background in excavation, earthwork, land clearing, and utility installation

Proven ability to manage multiple crews simultaneously

Proficiency in tools such as Trimble, AutoCAD, Excel, Agtech, and Sage (HeavyBid a plus)

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Additional Details :

Salary : $150K–$180K + bonus potential

Projects : Ground-up civil / site work across NY / NJ / CT region
