Responsibilities

Data Entry - Enter and manage client and policy data accurately within our systems

Quoting / Customer Service - Assist with quoting, renewals, payments, and client follow-ups

Administrative - Provide administrative support to licensed team members

Professional Communication - Communicate with clients by phone and email with professionalism and positivity

Technology - Learn agency workflows, systems, and insurance basics to prepare for licensing and promotion
