Utility Team Manager

Overview

The Utility Team Manager is a hands-on leader that will directly supervise projects and lead a team responsible for professional floor care services, including carpet shampooing, floor stripping and resealing, and post-construction cleanings. This role ensures projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to high standards.

Pay

$55,000-60,000

Responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule floor care technicians
• Oversee carpet cleaning, hard floor maintenance, and construction cleanups
• Ensure proper use of equipment and chemicals
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards
• Coordinate with other departments for project planning
• Monitor quality and resolve issues on-site
• Track inventory and manage supply orders
