Claims Adjudicator

A company is looking for an Adjudicator, Provider Claims.

Key Responsibilities

Support resolution of provider claims issues and collaborate with operational areas for effective resolution

Respond to provider inquiries regarding claims, ensuring excellent customer service and documentation of interactions

Adjudicate high volumes of claims and manage defect reduction by identifying claims error issues

Required Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience in a clerical role related to claims or customer service

Experience in provider claims investigation, research, and resolution

Research and data analysis skills

Organizational and time-management skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and applicable software programs
