Coordinator

We are seeking a

• Product Security Coordinator
• to support a global information security team. This role focuses on coordinating security reviews and ensuring visibility of priorities across multiple business segments.
• Key Responsibilities
• Maintain prioritization and scheduling of product security reviews.
• Coordinate with security assurance teams and cross-functional partners.
• Track compliance obligations using metrics, monitor progress, and escalate as needed.
• Identify process improvement opportunities for prioritization and coordination.
• Build strong relationships with technical teams and stakeholders.
• Develop dashboards and reports to communicate status and progress.
• Role Highlights
• Support remediation efforts for vulnerabilities and end-of-life software.
• Collaborate with tech teams in Agile environments (basic Agile knowledge required).
• Tools : Teams, Confluence, Jira, Airtable.
• Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong coordination and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with InfoSec concepts and / or software development lifecycle.
• Technical background (worked with developers or in operational support roles).
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and highly organized.
• Experience Level
• Intermediate | Junior candidates with strong technical background encouraged to apply.
• Pay Range
• $65,000 - $80,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications).

This is a Contract position based out of Glendale, CA.

• Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $47.30 - $50.68 / hr.
