Pay : From $30.00 per hour

Benefits : Paid time off

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 9 am-5 pm

As a Travel Agent with us, you are at the heart of our mission, ensuring every traveler's journey is seamless and inspiring. You will spend your day immersed in trip planning, from expertly booking flights and arranging private jet travel to setting up comfortable accommodations and ground transportation. This role is a perfect fit if you thrive on managing every detail, including processing payments and handling reporting, all while making sure our guests have a fantastic time traveling. The goal is to make every aspect of their traveling experience as smooth as possible, from the moment they begin planning to the time they return, ensuring their trip planning is perfectly executed. Your attention to detail and ability to coordinate complex itineraries will ensure a memorable and stress-free trip for every guest traveling with us.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU :

• 5+ years of experience as a corporate travel agent / coordinator
• Extensive knowledge of domestic and international traveling
• knowledge of the Sabre reservation system
• Ability to complete ARC reporting requirements for the agency
