Director of Partner Onboarding

A company is looking for a Director, Partner Onboarding & Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders and manage the end-to-end onboarding of programs

Lead project management efforts, coordinating internal and external resources to ensure timely execution and customer satisfaction

Analyze customer data and provide actionable insights to enhance program results and optimize partner satisfaction

Required Qualifications

10+ years of onboarding and customer-facing experience

10+ years of health tech client onboarding and project management experience at a senior manager level or above

Experience with health benefits, health and wellness, health plans, or systems

Strong project management skills with high attention to detail and ability to manage conflicting priorities

Proficiency with Google applications and project management tools
