Job descriptionSpecialty : Internal Medicine Hematology / Oncology Board requirement (years of eligibility defined by facility) : BC / BE Board requirement (Example EM, FM, IM) : ABIM Life Support Certifications Required : ACLS, BLS COVID vaccine / exemption required? Yes Reason for Locum need? Scheduling Need Coverage Type : Outpatient Is the Locum Coverage needed short-term (3-6 months) or long-term (6+ months)? Ongoing Is the Locum Coverage needed for a specific shift type : No Call Temp Privileges granted? Yes Start Date : February 17, 2025 Patient Volume : Support Staff : RNs 1 / Office Staff 1 Will they be required to supervise Advance Practice Providers? No Patients per Shift : 14-16 Bed Count : Shift Times / Coverage Details : Clinic Coverage Only. Monday and Tuesday 8a-5p. If Monday is a holiday, coverage would be Tuesday and Wednesday. EMR : Athena Trauma Center Designation : N / A
