What Our Client Needs :
A Sr. Technical Training Specialist to design, deliver, and maintain technical training programs focused on enterprise platforms and systems. This role will collaborate closely with IT, Operations, and Product Management to ensure that training content is current, effective, and aligned with organizational goals.
Who You Are :
You are a confident communicator with strong project management and presentation skills who can build effective relationships both one-on-one and in group settings. You thrive working independently and collaboratively within a matrixed environment and excel at managing multiple projects and competing priorities with creativity and precision.
You bring a background in technical training, systems enablement, or instructional design, with experience developing and delivering training modules on enterprise systems such as Dynamics CRM and Finance & Operations (F&O). You’re highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at creating engaging materials using tools like Articulate 360, Vyond, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Camtasia.
You stay current with best practices in adult learning, web development, and training methodologies. You take initiative, adapt quickly to new technologies, and demonstrate leadership, collaboration, and innovation in every project.
You hold an associate’s degree or equivalent experience and have 3–5 years of experience in technical training or instructional design, preferably within contact center or sales environments.

You will design, develop, and deliver training programs that enhance user proficiency, promote operational excellence, and drive successful system adoption.
This position requires up to 15% travel and has no supervisory responsibilities.
