As part of Financial Management (FM) Transformation, the Expense Management Technology (eTech) team is seeking a data-driven leader with a strategic mindset and strong analytical capabilities to lead the development and implementation of frameworks that provide comprehensive visibility into the full lifecycle costs of technology investments. As Director, you'll play a critical role in shaping the financial future of our technology and operations functionswhile growing your career at one of the world's leading financial services institutions.

Your Role
This role sits at the intersection of Finance, Technology, and Data Analytics, supporting the organization's mission to deliver transparency, agility, and efficiency through the implementation of strategic IT financial management frameworks. Through extensive partnership with Business partners, you will be instrumental in transforming financial transparency, optimizing IT spending, and aligning technology investments with business value across Prudential.

Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $152,500.00 to $206,200.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
