Associate, Data Stewardship

Associate, Data Stewardship with Goldman Sachs Services LLC in Dallas, Texas. Initiate all set ups, amendments, and enrichments for Corporate and Real Estate loan products in the Asset & Wealth Management Private division. Run monthly reconciliations of all loan data to ensure Federal reportable attributes are accurately captured to ensure regulatory compliance with FRY-14 and SNC eligibility. Requires : Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Business Information Systems, or a related field. Three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role. Prior experience must include three (3) years of experience in the following : financial Products, including loans, notes, bonds, cash receivables, or other alternative investments; loan economics such as Paid in kind (PIK) interest, market rates, amortization payments, foreign currencies, tranche types, and other loan economics; investment strategies such as loan refinancing and restructuring, acquisitions, chapter 11, real estate development, and other investment strategies; proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including using formulas and functions VLookup, Index, Match and Pivot tables to capture and assess data for accurate reporting; understanding complicated credit documentation to ensure both positions and ongoing loan servicing activities and any updates through amendments are reflected accurately; and coordinating issue resolution across multiple stakeholder groups.
