Job description

A company is looking for a Sales and Customer Service Manager for SaaS Applications.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise sales engineers for product demos, training, and customer setup

Monitor and ensure professionalism in sales calls and timely responses to pre-sales support inquiries

Recruit, onboard, and motivate the sales and support team to achieve sales targets

Required Qualifications

Exceptional leadership and team management skills

5+ years of experience in managing pre-sales and post-sales operations for SaaS or cloud-based products

Strong understanding of B2B customer relationship management

Technical aptitude to understand and explain software products across various platforms

Solid references from previous managers or supervisors
