Program Coordinator II : $71,778.63- $82,532.74 annual salary, based on education and experience.

Role :
The Program Coordinator of Intake / SUD ACCESS and Emergency Services will support, train, evaluate, and assist the Intake team in utilizing multiple clinical tools to determine eligibility for CMH and SUD services. Authorize these services and provide utilization management.

Job Specific Requirements :
This is a full-time days position with the possibility of needing to work 2 evenings until 7 as needed. You will be working with all ages of individuals with Intellectual or developmental disabilities, youth aged 0 to 18 with severe emotional disturbance, and adults with severe and persistent mental illness. There will also be youth and adults with substance use disorders seeking services that may have co-occurring conditions. Emergency services are open to anyone calling or walking in requesting assistance.
Qualifications and Experience :
Education : Possession of a Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
Experience : A minimum of three years as a mental health worker / clinician / therapist providing clinical services and psychotherapy.
Other Requirements :
If degree is in Social Work, must be a Michigan Licensed Master's Social Worker (LMSW).
If degree is in Counseling, must be a Michigan Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
If degree is in Psychology, must be a Michigan Limited Licensed Psychologist (LLP) or Michigan Licensed Psychologist (LP).
Possession of a valid Michigan driver's license.
