Start Date : January 2026

Compensation : Per visit

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 7 : 00 AM – 1 : 00 PM (flexible start times)

No weekends, holidays, or on-call requirements

What You’ll Do :

Provide and oversee daily clinical care for residents in skilled nursing facilities

Conduct comprehensive histories and physicals, diagnose, and create treatment plans

Order diagnostics, prescribe medications, and monitor patient progress

Educate and counsel patients on health maintenance and disease prevention
