Talent4Health is seeking a travel nurse RN Oncology for a travel nursing job in Twin Falls, Idaho.

Responsibilities

Provide care for oncology and hematology patients, including assessments, IV starts, accessing central lines / ports, and administering chemotherapy.

Manage 8–10 patient encounters per day and coordinate with providers, APPs, and the oncology care team regarding treatment plans and infusion reactions.

Administer common infusion therapies such as IVIG and Rituxan.

Perform lab draws, review patient schedules for clarity, and ensure treatment plans are followed.

Assist with maintaining the infusion space, including cleaning workstations, wiping down chairs and pumps when needed.

Collaborate with charge nurses (non-assigned except during special circumstances), CNAs, and CMAs who support patient flow.

Document patient care in EPIC and communicate any clinical concerns promptly.

Float within the clinic as needed, including triage for RNs with strong oncology backgrounds.

Work Monday–Friday 8-hour rotating shifts (start times between 0700–0900).

Complete comprehensive onboarding including hospital orientation, EPIC training, and 3–5 days of department-specific training.

Requirements

Experience

Must be proficient in IV starts, central line access, port access, chemotherapy administration, and patient education.

Preferred : Infusion clinic experience (1 year infusion + 1 year oncology) OR 1–2 years inpatient oncology experience (2 years preferred).

First-time travelers accepted with at least 3 years of overall experience.

Licenses & Certifications

BLS required.

ONS Chemotherapy / Biotherapy Provider Card required.

OCN certification preferred.

Education

RN degree required.
