This is an Exempt position with the starting salary being $80,089 commensurate based on experience.

Position Summary : The Program Therapist provides individual and group therapy to adults. In addition, the therapist provides treatment planning and serves as a liaison between the treatment team, the patient, the patient(s) family, and the referring professional. The therapist provides discharge planning and assistance with arranging follow-up treatment.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Meet the Therapeutic needs of patients
• Developing individualized, measurable, and objective treatment plans
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team
• Provision of direct patient care, evaluations, documentation, supervision of rehabilitation technicians
• Participation in performance improvement efforts of the facility
