Pay Rate : $13 - $15 per hour

Job Description

Will be responsible for the financial and fiscal processes of the company. This position requires technical mastery of the complete accounting cycle, accuracy in handling financial data and compliance with current regulatory frameworks. The position involves interaction with different departments and generation of key reports for decision making.

Responsibilities

• Perform accounting records in the financial system, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with applicable standards.
• Prepare and analyze monthly and annual financial reports, including bank reconciliations and accounting closings.
• Oversee the consistency of transactions in the general ledgers and validate account balances.
• Collaborate with other functional areas to validate accounting information related to internal operations.
• Contribute to internal and external audits by preparing supporting documentation and required analysis.
• Generate financial performance reports, metrics (KPIs) and other statistical reports as required.
• Ensure compliance with tax obligations and requirements of the Department of Treasury or other fiscal entities.
