What You Will Do

  • Support the activities and procedures of the Vice Chancellor for Anti-racism, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (VC ADEI).
  • Serve as a liaison and representative in various capacities as requested.
  • Assist in the completion of special projects for the VC ADEI.
  • Serve as the primary liaison to internal and external communities regarding inquiries and interpretation of internal policies and procedures on behalf of the VC ADEI.
  • Determine resolutions for concerns brought to the attention of the VC ADEI as requested.
  • Oversee and maintain the VC ADEI budget, including providing projections and feasibility information for expenditures.
  • Work directly with internal units and staff to support the design, planning, and implementation of projects, programs, events, and activities, as well as serve as liaison with Human Resources and act as web administrator for the office.

Minimum Acceptable Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, or related field.
  • 2+ years experience in Higher Education, nonprofit management, or Human Resources administration and operations.
