We're looking for a talented and driven Executive Chef to take the lead in the kitchen at one of Charlotte's most exciting restaurants. This is a full-time, on-site role for someone who's passionate about great food, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and knows how to run a tight ship while building up a strong team.
What You'll Be Doing
- Running the back-of-house operations with a focus on consistency, quality, and profitability
- Leading and developing a solid kitchen team—coaching, training, and helping people grow
- Managing food and labor costs without cutting corners on the guest experience
- Creating systems to keep the kitchen organized and the equipment in great shape
- Working closely with restaurant leadership to stay aligned on goals and service standards
- Helping shape the menu, track results, and plan for the future
- Setting the tone in the kitchen—positive energy, professionalism, and accountability
