• Looking for a candidate with experience as an LPN\n\nLocation : \n\nOregon, Ohio\n\nSchedule : \n\nFull-Time Night; 7 : 00 pm - 7 : 00 am (12-Hour Shifts)\nCompensation : $37.90, Shift differentials on nights and weekends\n\nSign-on bonus : \nUp to $15,000\n

• In collaboration with the physician and their preceptor, you will assure implementation of the assessment plan, evaluation, and follow-up of the plan of care for the patient population.\n
• Initiating an ongoing systematic assessment of the physical, emotional, social, educational and functional needs of the patients / families.\n
• Interpreting assessment data and information to develop a nursing care plan which contains problem identification, nursing diagnosis, nursing orders, approaches, interventions, short / long term goals and discharge planning.\n
• Participating as a productive member of the interdisciplinary team in assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of rehabilitation goals.\n
• Assuring that documents in the medical record are complete, factual, accurate and timely.\n\nQualifications\n\nMinimum Qualifications : \n
• Graduate of accredited program for registered nursing.\n
• Valid State RN License required.\n
• BLS required at hire.\n
