They are looking for ambitious individuals who want to take ownership and progress up the ladder quickly. This is a crucial role based in the Austin area.

Role Description :

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Electrical Project Manager located in Austin, TX. You will be responsible for overseeing a dynamic $30M commercial project portfolio in the Austin metro area, focusing exclusively on multi-million dollar ground-up design-build projects. This company has a substantial 18-month backlog in Austin, making this an excellent time to join and secure your future.

The Project Manager will manage the complete project lifecycle, from initial contract to close-out. Key responsibilities include :

• Financial & Administrative : Executing job cost analysis, cost to complete, billing, and schedule of values efficiently.
• Logistics & Documentation : Managing submittals, ordering materials, and maintaining the project schedule.
• Technical Oversight : Digesting blueprints and drawings effectively, and using strong electrical knowledge to direct field-level questions and concerns to the field management team.
