Position Overview :

A law firm in Downtown Dallas is seeking an experienced Business Immigration Paralegal. This position plays a vital role in supporting attorneys through the preparation, submission, and management of complex immigration filings, ensuring efficient service delivery to clients.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare, draft, and file a variety of business immigration petitions and applications
• Organize and review supporting documents and case materials
• Collaborate with attorneys, clients, and team members to advance case progress
• Maintain consistent communication with government agencies and clients regarding case status
• Manage high-volume caseloads and keep detailed, organized client files
• Perform legal research and assist in drafting memoranda or case summaries
• Track case deadlines using immigration software and internal systems
• Accurately record and track billable hours in accordance with firm policy
• Support attorneys with additional case-related tasks as needed
• Adhere to established protocols and internal procedures
