Senior Associate Attorney – Construction & NY Labor Law Litigation

A highly respected national litigation firm with nearly 40 years of success is expanding its New York team and seeking a Senior Associate Attorney experienced in New York Labor Law (Sections 240 / 241) and construction accident litigation.

If you're a driven litigator looking for real responsibility, diverse cases, and a clear path for advancement, this role offers the chance to shape strategy, lead case work, and grow within a collaborative, mentorship-focused environment.

What You'll Do :

Manage a robust caseload of NY Labor Law and construction litigation matters

Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery

Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis

Take and defend depositions

Attend hearings, conferences, mediations, and arbitrations

Communicate directly with clients, carriers, and opposing counsel

Partner closely with senior attorneys on case strategy

What We're Looking For :

JD + active New York Bar

4+ years of experience with NY Labor Law §§240 / 241 and construction litigation

Strong civil defense background (motions, discovery, depos, etc.)

Excellent writing, research, and advocacy skills

Ability to manage files independently while thriving in a team setting

Experience in ADR or trial work is a plus

Additional bar admissions (NJ, PA, etc.) are beneficial
