This role supports a growing team by taking on complex rebate and incentive analysis, driving process improvements, and helping streamline key financial functions. Key Responsibilities

Incentive & Rebate Analysis

Perform manual, Excel-heavy calculations to support the Rebate Supervisor

Set up incentive / rebate structures and validate / approve calculations

Break out detailed accruals (e.g., breaking down a 2% accrual for client reporting)

Ensure accuracy, transparency, and consistency in all rebate models

Process Improvement

Identify workflow gaps and opportunities to automate or streamline

Reduce manual entry by partnering with internal teams who can build bots

Support transition away from physical checks and toward ACH adoption

Remove operational bottlenecks and help modernize internal processes

Month-End Support

Assist with GL account reconciliations (can be taught)

Use strong Excel skills to support monthly reporting and analysis

Qualifications

Must Have :

3+ years of professional experience

Strong data manipulation skills; intermediate-advanced Excel

Experience with metrics, KPIs, or process improvement (MSA)

Preferred :

Big company experience

SAP proficiency

Accounting understanding (debits / credits highly preferred)
