Large Language Model Quality Assurance Representative Compensation :

• $6–$8 / hour Location : Remote Hours : 4–6 hours daily (with possible adjustments after training) About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Assurance Representative to help evaluate transcripts, call recordings, and AI-generated outputs.
• The ideal candidate is fluent in English, has strong analytical thinking, and can make decisions based on nuanced data and performance factors.
• You’ll also collaborate on AI-based process improvements and assist with implementing OpenAI Assistant tools.
• Key Responsibilities Review and assess call recordings and transcripts for quality and accuracy.
• Document findings and provide clear feedback to improve quality metrics.
