  • Lead and manage all phases of multifamily construction projects, ensuring timely completion within budget.

  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain project schedules and quality standards.
  • \n

  • Monitor on-site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications.
  • \n

  • Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders and management.
  • \n

  • Oversee project budgets, tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • \n

  • Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during construction phases.
  • \n

  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure project milestones are met.
  • \n

  • Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
