Summary As a Graphic Designer at Aquestive Therapeutics, you will help bring our mission to life visually : advancing medicines that deliver meaningful improvements to patients’ lives through innovative delivery technologies.  You will partner with marketing, corporate communications, and product teams to design compelling visual assets that reflect our brand, support commercialization efforts, and tell the stories of our technologies (such as our proprietary PharmFilm® platform). Your work will contribute to building awareness of our products, pipeline, and patient-centric purpose. We’re looking for someone with strong creative drive, excellent execution skills, and an appreciation for the regulated pharmaceutical environment. ⸻ Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute visual design assets across multiple channels : digital (web, social, email), print (brochures, posters, conference materials), packaging support, and internal presentations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product, regulatory, medical affairs) to interpret business objectives and translate them into creative design solutions.
- Maintain and evolve the company’s visual brand identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints — from corporate communications to product-specific materials.
- Prepare designs compliant with pharmaceutical and regulatory requirements (e.g., clear branding, correct claim usage, approved imagery), working closely with regulatory colleagues as needed.
- Support the launch readiness of product candidates and marketed products by designing materials for product campaigns, HCP (health-care provider) engagements, patient education, trade shows, and investor events.
- Manage multiple design projects end-to-end : concept generation, iteration, finalization, and delivery — often working under tight timelines with attention to detail.
- Stay current on design trends, pharma / healthcare communications standards, and emerging digital channels to enhance creative output and engagement.
- Maintain organized design assets, templates, and brand guidelines; ensure assets are optimized for multiple formats and platforms.
- Occasionally support vendor management or coordinate with external design / print agencies to ensure deliverables align with our brand and quality standards.
